[VHFcontesting] Tune up

Folks, with the 10 GHz and up contest on the horizon, if anyone needs to
test their stuff, I have equipment to test receive performance to 50 GHz
and can test tx power to 300w up to 26 GHz.

I normally have an open bench for testing, I just need a day or two to make
sure I'm available.
