It isTuesday after all. That means there will be all sorts of activity
on the222 MHz band starting at about 2300 UT . I bet just about everyone
is burned out from the June Contest weekend, but why not get on anyway.
There is no scrambling to accomodate ten callers on 6M or anything like
that. Just make some noise and work a few folks. I plan to be on and
hope to discuss interesting contest situations from this past weekend.
There was no big DX on any band above six meters, but I did hear of some
144 MHz E SKIP. I wonder if anyone in the NE worked any of that. There
were some long haul contacts made. on the higher bands over the weekend.
The central US had a better time I think. Tune in tonight and maybe find
out what happened! I hope to be on at about 22:45 UT. Check the ON4KST
Chat 144/432/ Region 2. I hope to see some action tonight!
