[VHFcontesting] PAR Hilltopper

Does anyone have the specs for the 3 el Hilltopper ?A friend of mine has one 
that needs a tune-up.Big problem is the element brackets are rusted.Could they 
be painted ? I don't know if they need to have a good connection with the 
boomYour thoughtsTnxHerb K2LNSIf they do need a good ground to boom, what can I
