Cushcraft used the Heyco delrin insulators.

Insulators are made by Heyco

3/8” ID are SB-500-6

The push nuts (metal fastener) are harder to find and can be expensive. Amazon has them also

Directive Systems has 50 insulators for $20.00 and 50 stainless keepers for
$30.00. Be careful that you get stainless if ordering from a nut and bolt
supplier. Mike

I looked for these for someone recently - but I did not try to order any.

M2 and Directive Systems would be the places I would try.

And you can also likely find them and places like McMaster Carr - I know they
sell the retaining hardware because I looked for someone Recently.

Hi Guys,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a source for the 3/16 button
insulators and retaining washers for the older Cushcraft antennas.

Texas Towers no longer carries them.
M2 has them but seems awfully expensive. I'm not sure the antennas are
worth what a couple of bags of insulators and retains would cost+ shipping.

Thanks and 73,
