Hi VHFers,
I know, I know! You are probably sick of hearing this, but it is Tuesday
and please don't forget about 222 Activity night for this evening. What
better way to check out your 222 gear before the big weekend and make
sure it is all working normally. This coming weekend is the January ARRL
VHF Sweepstakes. You still have a few days left to fix things or tweak
something to make it perfect for the coming weekend.
All my 222 gear is down in my workshop. I have been going through it and
re calibrating the frequency etc. I have been toying with the idea of
taking some low power 222 gear out for the January Contest. I figure
that maybe I could get on from a nearby grid for one day. It has been
awhile since I have done anything like that. It could be a lot of fun.
Don't forget.....Tuesday is 222 Activity Night!!
