Ron mentions blowing out his OTA TV. One solution I have been using as a fellow
OTA TV user is the locast.org. For a $5 a month donation I get all the local
channels through streaming. It's actually a free service, but you get annoying
requests for donations from time to time. You can stream this from your phone
or tablet to your TV with Chromecast, or perhaps a different streaming device.

Locast.org is not available in all markets though.  I did hear that if you use
something like a *cough* fake GPS app *cough* you can watch any channel in any
market. Of course, I have never tried this myself.

Just throwing this out there if you are having trouble keeping the peace with
fellow house mates watching OTA TV while you're on the air.
