[VHFcontesting] PAR Omni Cracking

I went to put up my 2 metre PAR Omni at home (with coax attached) and the part 
of the plastic box where the UHF connector is attached started cracking away 
from the rest of the box.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a reliable fix?
