It really isn't very hard. At least if you are the running station. Just type in the desired frequency to Tx5, perhaps add their name or partial call, and send that after the 73 transmission. That worked a few times for us this weekend. Not perfect, perhaps, as you might lose someone calling you on the original band if they have little patience. But not bad.
