It was great to work you twice last night. You were weak in FN43. In
FN42 I heard you calling on CW and responded a couple times, but I guess
you couldn't hear me. Luckily I heard you and AF1T working voice and
was able to work you a second time. You were really up and down, but
that might have been the wind blowing my extremely cheesy antenna mast
around.
> I now have 3 V/U bands:
> 144 -- 1500w, 16 dBi at 110'
> 222 -- 800w, 18 dBi at 117'
> 432 -- 130w (CW only), 21 dBi at 113'
Are you planning on operating in the June and September contests? If
so, having a big station on three bands would be pretty huge for us
rovers. That's three mults and contacts from probably three or four
local grids. Adding 6m would be even better.
Plus, you'll be really popular for anyone who thinks to turn their
antennas your way.
