[VHFcontesting] K1DY 2M Sprint "results"

Hi all, Nice hearing everyone, near and far, on for the Sprint. I spent the 
first hour and a half operating  and then things got really quiet. I'm assuming 
everyone went to FT-8 hah hah. I was tempted but decided to stay "old school". 
I'm with Ron, WZ1V, I miss hearing voices and fists of old friends. Anyway, 
with my 50 watts, I worked 10 Q's in 7 grids Best DX was KA2LIM in FN12 on CW 
at 421 miles and close second was W2KV on SSB at 409 miles. Both stations were 
S3-5! Worked my own grid for once too! Thanks to all who got on and to the 
sponsors.. Seeyall on 220 in a week!

Hello Dave, Bill, Mike, and all...

The snow was remarkably dry for April and didn't stick to elements.
I did have a high noise level, hopefully related to the storm. I
have an intermittent relay causing some issues on receive, but
managed 8 QSOs in 2 hours, best distance W2KV at 444 miles on SSB.
Easy even with the noise.

I will have to disassemble the relay and try to clean the contacts,
adjust the contact tension (which seems to be near zero on that
receive contact). Meanwhile, continuing to work on the 222 MHz
amplifier and hoping for a nice day to get the 222/432 preamp box up
and all the connections/jumpers installed. I ran separate RX/TX
lines for each band, so there a few connections to be made at the top.
