I am gathering data to write an article on Aurora for my local radio club's
newsletter.

With so many newbies (& so many hams who do not live in areas normally subject
to Au) who have never experienced this mode of propagation, I think that a
summary of what was achieved (or not achieved) during the 6 Meter Fall '18
SPRINT would be of interest.

>From my part-time location in CN87tw, I worked 2 stations in DO32 and also
>K7YDL (CN85) over the Au path from the Northeast.
This was probably the first Au that I have experienced since my prehistoric
days of living on the East Coast.

Please send me your 6m Aurora Propagation log data from Saturday evening. (144
& 222 MHz Au data can be included too!)

Note that the DX Summit Logger showed Es & Tr QSOs and NOT Au on Saturday's
event.

Thanks,

bt73, Pete, N6ZE/7 today
