[VHFcontesting] January Contest dates

Having the January VHF contest during the NFL playoffs makes no sense.
When that happened in the past there was no one to work during the playoff 
games.


No one answered our CQs during the games. Apparently many hams were either 
watching the games or scared of TVI complaints. 
It makes no sense to schedule a contest with a predicable dead zone of multiple 
hours duration.
