First request: do any of you have overseas contacts (email groups?) where this
can be posted? We've had overseas hams attend in the past. I would like for
them to know of our event.
We're at our guarantee of 40. That's good! We can still add seats!

Cost: $40 per person.
Location: DoubleTree Suites, Miamisburg, OH – their Voyager Room – 7 PM -
Friday - May 19
Cash bar – using their bar area anytime 6 PM until 7 PM.
We'll have 2 meats (beef and chicken), sides, salad, and dessert.
There will be a seating limit (not yet determined).
Cutoff date: Tuesday, May 16
