Hi Mark,

If you have SMS on your cell phone, and good enough coverage to send a text
message. I have a system that listens for Twitter tweets with a specific
format,
validates it's a ham, and then publishes the info on both APRS and DX
Clusters worldwide.  (You can send Tweets via SMS).
