To second this, we've used one of the Ukrainian 222 transverters for the
last couple of contests and it has worked fine. It isn't super precise on
output frequency, but it is very consistent on the amount it is off and
doesn't appear to be too drifty at least on ssb or cw. Maybe it isn't as
featureful as some others, but it certainly gets the job done.
