Guys, The problem has been identified: Thanks to Jeff Goldman K3DUA, Jeff DePolo WN3A and John Santillo N2HMM. Looks like the slugs are for 3-1/8" line section based on the data sheet. Luckily, I have a dual element line section and meters here in the lab (was stored safely away).
