Jarred - This is a known issue with the Elecraft transporters. Bill has given 
you some good tips to resolve it. You can find out more information about this

The solutions above include making sure that the N connector is well grounded 
to the case by scrapping paint from it, bypassing the DC line, and putting a 
28MHz low pass filter in the IF drive line. But Bill’s suggestion to make sure 
all the mating panels are connected to each other is the best place to start.
