Here is a change to add another band to your setup (1.2GHZ) plus give you a
backup or primary HT on 2m and 70cm.
I have for sale an Alinco DJ-G7T triband HT. This HT covers 2 meters,
70cm, and 23cm (1.2GHZ). This is the only HT on the market today that
covers 23cm. It does dual receive, wideband receive, including the AM
broadcast band,and has a bar antenna built in for AM reception. It also
does full duplex, so you can use it on the satellites. It does 5 watts on
2m and 70cm and 1 watt on 23cm and also has lower power settings. It also
is waterproof to 3 feet submersion for 30 minutes. Has separate tuning and
volume controls for each band, and also will do vox.
It comes with a good battery, triband antenna, drop in charger, and a
replacement universal charger wallwart which allows you to select different
voltages, and even has a USB plug on it for charging devices that use a USB
jack. You can charge the HT in the drop in charger, or just plug the
wallwart into it for charging also.
The case looks good, the LCD crystal has some light scratches or so on it,
you can still read the display just fine.
These sell new for $270, I am asking $175 shipped and can take
paypal/check/MO.
I don't have a copy of the manual, but Alinco has it on their website.
