[VHFcontesting] 222 amplifier

 Unbelievable. I just checked my 1000 watt slug. I checked on 2 meters compared 
with my Diawa. 50 watts on the Diawa, BARELY movement on the Bird. 
Holy _ _ it. This may have been a foolish waste of time. Need to find a GOOD 
slug. Who ever said check your test equipment may win the prize. Mike
