The TR-751A is a nice radio. I have one and still use it. Be sure it turns on,
and there is audio as well as RF output.
Some of them did have problems with the audio, POT and squelch.
It put out 25 watts, but you can set it low at 1 watt. I use mine now as a 2
meter IF for 1296 MHz.
