I'd
been thinking of ways to mount a rotor for hill-topping on my 2"
trailer hitch receiver when I stumbled over a "Haul Master Vise Mount"
at Harbor Freight.

You can drill new holes and mount the rotor directly on their plate, but I
elected to mount a 2nd plate on leveling screws. Look for the
