[VHFcontesting] announcement of contest results

WARD:

I suggested to all the bigwigs at ARRL including my Director that the 
announcement of contest results should be put on the news section on the ARRL 
home page along with the SKs, awards, etc.  No one said NO and several give a 
positive agreement.  What does it take for the employees in charge of the new 
section to add about a dozen ARRL contest results announcements per year?
