Highlights:

6M e-skip opening to Texas Saturday evening from 9-11 pm CST.
Worked "local" K9JK/R while he was roving 750 miles away in EM31.
New grids on all bands except 1296.
Several 223.5 FM contacts.

Worked all surrounding states except Iowa.
Good activity levels from NLRS ( MN-WI ) and BC ( IL-MI-WI ) clubs.
Road-salt on power pole insulators resulted in very high noise levels.
40-50 mph wind gusts on Saturday evening miss-aligned my rotor headings.
My score down from last year mostly due to less 6M e-skip ( 2012 = 200
QSO's, 99 Grids ).
