[VHFcontesting] FM freqs

Hello,
     The only thing that's changed is the addition of new classes. We have 
always monitored FM radios in addition to the SSB/CW radios for contacts. 
Usually we pick up a few extra points.
     The freqs we monitor are:
52.525
146.55
223.5
446.0
927.5
1294.5 (That's as high as we currently go)
