[VHFcontesting] N8UR in EN75

We plan to be on from the east shore of Beaver Island, Michigan (EN75) 
for the contest.  A fairly low-key effort with modest beams on 
50/144/432 and 50-100W.  We have a great path over 20+ miles of water 
from north through about south-southeast, but unfortunately shoot 
through trees and the island itself to get over to Chicago and Wisconsin.
