Here's an interesting thought. I haven't seen this addressed before.
The contest runs "7 to 11 pm local time." Can a Rover on the edge of a
time zone operate 5 hours in the contest if he crosses over time
zones?
I'll probably be on for the last couple hours of the contest from EN50.
