I'm about to embark on a road trip to the Cape Breton Isles in Nova
Scotia for a week, and it occurred to me to check the grid square map
.. looks like a mostly water path to damned near anyone on the east
coast! Almost makes me want to take the Jitney :)

it appears that I'll be staying on GN06, with the FN96/95/GN06/05
corner close by! I'm planning on bringing along the K3 and a buddipole
at the minimum (which configures as a full-size 6M dipole). I could be
available for morning qsos most days from the 10th through the 17th ..
any interest? I'll also probably grab the little FT-290R and a 3el
yagi if I can fit it ..
