Unless it just (finally) started, LoTW doesn't do anything with grid squares.
If and when it does, people who work from a grid other than their home grid,
will need to configure their logging program with that temporary grid when they
upload them to LoTW.
As far as your logging program, which one is it? I'm not familiar with any
that would change your log based on a LoTW download, that wouldn't be right as
it would defeat the whole purpose of LoTW.
