Greetings all,

1. TODAY is the deadline for submitting 144 MHz Logs. I've JUST done an
update of the Logs Received report, now showing 79 Log Received with 77
of them "accepted". There are ALSO some 'paper' logs that Chuck has
received at the P.O. Box; I've just not been able to catch up with him
to get them so snail-mailed logs are NOT on the list yet.

The Logs Received List for 144 MHz can be viewed at:
http://groups.google.com/group/springsprints/web/144-mhz-logs-received-2010

2. Reminder that the 432 MHz Sprint is TOMORROW NIGHT, Wednesday, April 28,
from 7pm (1900) LOCAL TIME until 11pm (2300).

3. The count of logs received for last week's 222 MHz event is now 30
with 28 of them "accepted" and it appears that the 6-character 'hurdle'
continues to be overcome by most submitters. If you are planning to MAIL
a PAPER Log for 222 MHz, remember that the Submission deadline is next
week, Wednesday, May 5, 2010 so don't delay in getting that IN the mail
as it must be RECEIVED by mail by that deadline (though there is still a
full week for e-mailed submissions.

The Logs Received List for 222 MHz can be viewed at:
http://groups.google.com/group/springsprints/web/222-mhz-logs-received-2010

4. What does "(pending)" in the CATEGORY Column on the Logs Received
reports mean?

I'm using that when I see an error or something not quite right in the
log received, such as the log having only 4-characters for the SENT Grid,
"wrong" or incorrect characters in a Grid. That means I've sent an e-mail
Reply to the submitter asking for updated or corrected information so
I'd appreciate if folks would respond to those promptly.

Continued thanks to all participants, keep the participation going and
those logs coming in.

73, JK
