[VHFcontesting] W4RX September vhf

Very disappointing results.  2M power supply failed late Saturday night and
I didn't get it back on until Sunday afternoon.  So not a serious effort,
only 12 hours.  None of the microwave bands performing up to snuff.  Also,
903 died shortly after start and 3456 a bit later...
