[VHFcontesting] sept rove advanced planning

I'm doing some planning and wanted to make sure I'm not going to run
into mountaintop conflicts :)

Plan looks like Camelback FN21 Sat even 2200-2400 (local) and Hogback
Sun eve 1700-2300 (local)

I'm still looking for a decent FN11 spot around Hazleton, and a decent
FM09 spot reachable from the I81 corridor without too much travel time
..
