There are some regulars who participate in the ARRL UHF Contest from North
Caroline. Here in Alabama, I'll be active in EM63, EM64, EM73, & EM74. May also
make a short trip into EM61 to check out a high spot near Troy, Alabama that I
discovered last week on the trip home from Florida.

N1LF/R will be QRV on the following bands:

222, 432, 902, 1296. Possibly also on 2304---but we're having some issues with
the amp right now. I believe that Bill Capps, AF4OD/R plans to go out with all
bands up to 10GHz. If so, Bill has a great signal and usually roves a bit
further East than I do. (I try to stay with 100km radius of my home QTH so that
I can use new grids for VUCC efforts)

Also, I'm aware of at least three other stations in Alabama who have enhanced
their stations recently and/or added new bands above 432. Hoping for a great
contest with a lot of new grids to be had! See you all in the contest!

73,

Les Rayburn, N1LF
