[VHFcontesting] Any Rules Changes from ARRL BOD/PSC Meetings?

Any information on whether or not rules changes for VHF/UHF Contests  
were acted on by the BOD at the second of their twice annual meetings?  
Even rumors of changes? Inquiring minds want a new topic to be  
moderated on the list. :^)= Some had thoughts that more rules changes  
were in the wind. - Duffey
