I doubt there is hardly any rovers that use anything like this...It 
would be well suited to single op portable or a non permanent multi ops.

Most rovers are using a frame work mounted on a luggage rack , or a 
trailer hitch mast style setup..

the whole point of the rover is to move from site to site or even 
operate while in motion ..

 I would think it would take way to long to set up a tower trailer at 
every site you plan to operate from,  Unless you want to activate very 
limited amount of grids.

the Maximum hight is proportional to the depth of your wallet..

If you are going to go through all the trouble with a tower trailer, you 
better run decent sized yagi's  and stack them a decent distance apart 
for least interaction and pattern distortion. or else u mize well just 
run a couple VJB wood yagis hung on a broom stick.
