Now I did have my emergency station with me
http://www.ka5cvh.com/photos/v/KA5CVH+Portable/ and I used my airmail
(WL2K) station that did garner some attention.
I sent a txt msg to my winlink account VIA my cell phone. I refreshed
airmail and 'voila there is was. I also sent a text message to the
cell phones of a number of visitors and within a minute they had the
message. Now this played well with all ages.
