Friends and Fellow VHF Contesters (multiple recipients),
Several Evil Robot VHF/UHF Society (ERVUS) board members, along with
some Virginia Tech Amateur Radio Assoc. stalwarts are once again heading
for Butt Mountain, 4200' AMSL in Giles County VA for the 2009 ARRL June
VHF QSO Party, 13/14 June. We'll be entering the counter-strategic and
probably non-officially-recognized QRP Portable Multi-Op Category.

** MODULUS: CW/SSB, actively calling CQ on 146.550 MHz FM at the top of
every hour, and scanning all SERA-sanctioned simplex channels. FM Qs
also welcome on 50 and 446. (no plan for FM on 222... no digital on any
bands... sri om)
** POWER: QRP <10W sourced from a 30W 120Ah solar power plant; (clean,
green and front-end-friendly for our neighbors)
