Thanks to k1ep for that definition on partial log submissions.  The ARRL needs 
to keep an eye on this or the can of worms will get quite huge when a limited 
rover activates other bands.  
 
I do have a strategy around this.  Just get the xyl on the air, exploit the 
family rule and let her work as a traditional rover.   Add a kid for the 
unlimited rover and another kid as a sometimes portable opp.  Give them all 
hand helds  so when they begin to get on your nerves you can drop them off at a 
grid corner and work them for extra multipliers.   Sounds like a ethical 
strategy to victory?
