Yes, I agree! I have two of these amplifiers in use here- solid and reliable
units.
The AC power connector needs a Hubbell HBL7484. There are many for sale on
eBay in the "business and industrial" section. Just buy one of these and
make up your own with some flexible hard service cord and desired 120 or 240
plug from your hardware store.

I was wondering if anyone knew where to get the power plug/cord for these
amplifiers. Or, is there any special trick to "rolling your own" for this
amp? Asking this here because there's a "few" of you out there who use these
on VHF/UHF. The last cord I bought came from eBay, but haven't seen any
listed in quite some time.
I also wanted to say that I'm glad these amps are still out there - mine
seems to do great! You can't beat the price to watt ratio either!
