According to the American Antenna Farmers Almanac (AAFA, K3UHF, Founder, 2009) If the ground hog burns his eyes in a Laser QSO from other roving Ground Hogs on Ground Hog’s Day; then there is 13 more weeks of no sun spots, solar flares or e-skip.
