Decades ago, folks used to gather on 3818 kHz for sked making. Don't know if
they do now, or not. I agree that using HF frequencies of okay for setting
skeds during the contest.

say that HF is indeed an Amateur Radio means
of communication, albeit on frequencies we use for IF. Seems to me your
good to go. It is not a common activity where I operate. Anyone else ?
