This is a great tower for anyone with CCR's or picky neighbors.

It is a US Tower MA-770 that was special ordered from the factory to nest at
12ft.

The extended length is 38ft. There is no specification listed for wind
loading

but a conservative estimate places it at 50% greater than the full size
MA-770.

This package includes the tower, MARB free standing rotor base, MAF raising
fixture, MDP-750 1HP motor drive unit, coax arms and tail twister rotor with
digital control box and a 5ft mast.

The tower is 15 years old with only one owner and has spent its whole life
in San Diego.

This is a complete package, all you need to do is plant it.

The tower is down and located in San Diego, transportation can be discussed.

The package price is $1,500.00.

Here are the US Tower specifications taken from their website:

The MA-770 Tubular tower has a maximum extended height (without mast) of
71'. Its minimum nested height is 22'10" and the tower weighs 645 lbs. This
tower consists of 4 sections, the top one being a 3" square tube and the
bottom being a 8" OD tube. The MA-770 comes standard with a hand winch.

* The MA-770 does require the purchase of either the MAB-770 Freestanding
Hinged Base or the MARB-770 Freestanding Rotor Base. This tower is too
substantial to be used with the flat base and the eve mount bracket.

The average wind load ratings for the MA-770 are as follows:

70 MPH Winds -- 5.5 sq. feet; 75 lbs.
50 MPH Winds -- 15.5 sq feet; 100 lbs.

To see a diagram for the foundation of this tower with either the MAB or
MARB base, please click here <http://www.ustower.com/770fs.pdf> .

The MA-770 retails for $4,001.00

With the MDP-750 motor drive unit retail is $6329.00

Call or email if you have any questions or would like pictures.
