For weak-signal work (CW/SSB) it's 902.100 or 903.100.  Around here 903.1 
is more popular but some people use 902.1.

My transverter is crystalled so 144.1 = 903.1.  The IF rig, however, does 
go down to 143.1 so I can use it on 902.1.  I just found out in the 
contest last weekend that it works fine on that frequency.

But if I build another one I'll gt a crystal so 144.1 = 902.1. Some IF 
rigs won't go below 144.0.
