Open letter To the VUAC & ARRL.
In the January 08 contest, Please look at the overall 10th place finisher, 16th
place finisher and 20th place finisher and consider how many qsos they made
outside of each other and ask yourselves if the intent of the rover rules are
working. Only you know the answer.
