Please do not rule outt the 736, 222 is one of the most inportent
contesting band and the 736 still has modules around ...
I am running 2 736's one with 222 and 432 with 144-50mhz backups,
and the other with 1296 as well as the 144 if for 903 and
2304-3456-5.7-10gigs...
The 736 was setup for pre amps and works great with the ssb pre amps
and has good drive level adjustable at the module...
