I hope Bill & Company have better luck from FM13 than I did a few years ago. I
posted my Rover plans on here and other lists in hope of getting folks to point
their beams that way. It didn't work. I traveled to Ft. Fisher State Park and
transmitted until the cows came home. I managed to work 3 or 4 local guys and
that was it. I had planned to cross the river into FM03 but didn't bother due
to the lack of activity looking that way. I've since given up roving for the
ARRL contests due to their "new" rules.
