[VHFcontesting] WZ1V FN31 update

At first I wasn't planning on being on at all, then I was, then the 
lightning came Sunday night and did some damage, so then I wasn't 
again, but then I got almost everything working again, but then my 
xyl made other plans for me. So now I hope to sneak in a few hours 
here and there. Yay!
