Hi gang, Cleaning out the junk box.. actually this is not junk.. I have some
low noise GaAs FETs that are excess to my needs. maybe just in time to repair
that preamp before the contest?
6 MGF1302 @ $7.50 each
2 ATF10136 @ $7 each
5 ATF13135 @ $10 each (used in original WB5LUA 10ghz preamps)
1 ATF21186 @$3
1 ATF13484 @ $3
the MGF's and ATF131's and 101's are ceramic, the other 2 are epoxy. The MGF's
and 13135's are the old style ones with LONG leads.. easy to use in those
homebrew preamps..
Anyway, I'll sell one or all and ship first class mail for the actual cost of
shipping which won't be much..
PayPal payment would be good.. but other forms are OK too..
