Again Sean, the rules for a specific contest take precedence over the  
general rules do they not? From the general rules:

1.Precedence of Rules
1.1.Rules for individual contests or events, including Field Day, take  
precedence over all General Rules.

Or are you saying that you posted the incorrect rules for the June  
2008 VHF contest? - Duffey
