His original topic line said "Using IRLP on the Road ? " so one would assume he
was referring to being a rover and that's how I addressed the response.

OK, you can use the DX Cluster, internet spots, etc. during a contest,
no problem with that as long as you place yourself in the proper
catagory. Why would Echo-Link be prohibited??????
