I did the same thing Jeff,
I listened and tuned briefly on 6 (I'm only running 15W into a 125 foot long
random wire),and heard nothing, so I went to 160 for the Stew Perry Warmup
(at this time of the year, 160 is a lot like 6, when 6 is sort of open).
